HOW TO USE
1) After cleansing, use the half-and-half compressed cotton pad and toner to prep the skin.
2) Mix the toner and all-over lotion in a ratio of 1:1 and soak onto a cotton pad.
3) Place many soaked cotton pads over the face.
4) Remove the cotton pads after 10-15 minutes and pat the remaining formula with the fingers to promote absorption.
